The functions, duties and powers of the Committee subject to the policy directives given by the Council shall be as follows
(a) Under the policy guidelines given by the council, conduct studies and research related to agriculture.
(b) To prepare a program and budget necessary to carry out agricultural studies and research under the policy guidelines given by the council and submit it to the council for approval.
(c) To provide necessary consulting services and research support in relation to agricultural research.
(D) To update the data and reports of agricultural studies and research works.
(e) To comply with the instructions given by the Council.
(f) To carry out other necessary work related to agricultural research.
